Award Selection Process 

Companies are nominated by an individual, and individuals may nominate companies other than their employer. Upon nomination, the companies’ Human Resources department is contacted to complete an extensive survey. Company employees are randomly selected to anonymously complete a confidential survey about their work environment. The HR and employee survey are scored according to the process below
