Have a Blast in Detroit Michigan

The Detroit Winter Blast is back in full force this February 2008.
The Blast is a unique combination of hip and fun events all centered around Campus Martius Park and other indoor venues around the Detroit Michigan area.
Live entertainment, a hugh 200ft. snow slide and skating demonstrations are among the many activities scheduled for the three day event.
February 8-10, 2008
Friday, February 8 11am – Midnight
Saturday, February 9 10am – Midnight
Sunday, February 10 10am – Midnight
Independent Michigan filmmakers will be showcased in a new event at the Detroit Winter Blast, a free film festival that will spotlight filmmakers and movies about Michigan. You will be able to watch the films features beneath an enclosed heated tent on Woodward Avenue in the Campus Martius Park. Also featured is a two-day preview of Detroit’s annual Electronic Music Festival that is held on Memorial Day weekend.
