Mini Michigan Family Vacation

It’s been a great season in Michigan for you fans of snow, I personally have had enough. Ready for a little warmth and some type of water recreation we headed to the Best Western in Sterling Heights Michigan, for a mini Michigan Family Vacation.
We’ve been to the Best Western Sterling Inn one time before and had a great time. This time was no different. We swam, played in the game room and slept in. My only complaint is the dumb tickets the kids get when playing in the game room. I know the kids enjoy winning them, but the entire process of collecting them, and the turning them in for some cheap toy like item is just draining as a parent.
Nevertheless the weekend was great, they have a really nice Hot Tub for adults (a smaller one for the kiddies too). It was a nice break from a long cold snowy winter here in Michigan.
