Golf Scramble To Benefit Children

Children with Hairloss Inc. is holding their 7th annual Golf Scramble fundraiser on June 14th, 2008. As of this post, the outing still has openings to join in on the fun.
The outing is a shot gun start, kicking off at 1:00 pm at South Rockwood Michigan’s Wesburn Golf Course. A Foursome is $400 and singles can participate for $100. Dinner will be serviced at 5:00 PM and is included in the price. Or you can be a dinner guest for $35.
Prizes for the first place team, hole-in-one and longest drive will be awarded along with closest to the pin. Visit their website to register – Children With Hairloss.
The non-profit organization was created as a resource for ALL CHILDREN who have medically-related hair loss. Their mission is simple, to empower these children to become whole again by making hair available to those who may be financially challenged and might otherwise not have a means of obtaining the hair they want and need.
Children With Hairloss has a goal to assist as many of these children as possible in changing their lives by improving their outlook and empowering them with a degree of self confidence that will allow them to face the world with renewed self esteem.
