Michigan Condos Will Be Big Sellers This Summer

4.7 Million Visitors traveled to Michigan in 2008 and many wanted to spend their vacations on one of the Great Lakes with a view from the Michigan Condo instead of just a hotel.  While a stay at an average hotel is much cheaper many Michigan Tourists’ are willing to shell out $1,800 per week for a condo in Michigan.

Many are looking to take advantage of the soft real estate market here in Michigan and are looking to purchase a summer home or condo.  In doing a search I was able to find just under 2,000 condos for sale in Michigan with an average list prices of $234,000.
